If you saw our Summer Favorites post, you can probably tell that I’m a little obsessed pictures of the sky.
I was talking to Dallas the other day and told him that in my art classes, some of my teachers say how pictures or paintings of the sky can be a little bit cliche sometimes.
But when I see the sky, sometimes I just think, “God doesn’t think skies are cliche.” I can just picture God up there, the master artist, loving every inch of sky he gets to paint.
And then I get to look up and be mesmerized by it every day.
So today, I am grateful for the sky.

Today, I am grateful for my garden. It has done really well this year, and we have been able to do quite a bit of bottling to add to our food storage.
I'm so glad your garden is doing well, Sky! I remember seeing a lot of bottled food when I was at your house, so way to go!
