DIY Striped T-Shirt

Believe it or not, my first attempt at this shirt was a miserable failure. So after crying a lot, taking a break for a few days, and a weekend in St. George, I was ready to try again. Thankfully, I had enough fabric left over to try one more time.
As you can tell, the second attempt turned out much better, and I don’t even remember crying while making it! The only thing I changed when making it the second time was that I cut the back to be shorter than what the pattern showed.
I am so glad to finally be getting the hang of patterns and sewing. My grammie is letting me use her serger, and it is seriously saving my life. If you are looking into sewing clothing, I highly recommend a serger!
